Who we are

Michelle Zelaya

Partner, Change Leader

I have been a dedicated student of Change, Agility, and Adaptability from a young age. Born in Latin America during a period of civil unrest, my early years were shaped by a collaborative community rich in knowledge sharing, servant leadership, and relentless learning.

Surrounded by community elders and family who prioritized each individual's success, I developed a deep appreciation for coaching and community building. This environment ingrained in me the ethos of "people first," which now drives my passion for building Agile Change Management programs and coaching change leaders.

My career spans influential Canadian and US technology companies and private, non-profit, and public organizations throughout Canada. I have led and contributed to multinational mergers, departmental realignments, the creation of agile teams, and the support of digital modernization initiatives, all focusing on people-centricity.

Comfortable with driving and navigating my personal change journey as a mother, mentor, and now co-founder of CM Agility Consulting, I continue my deep work in People-centric Change Management and Business Agility. I remain committed to supporting my clients with the same dedication and infectious passion that has defined my career.
